Position Summary-
Part Time-Part-time (Thursday 8-5, Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-1
The Resort Porter is responsible for providing warm, attentive guest service while supporting daily resort operations. This role focuses on assisting guests with luggage, maintaining cleanliness of public areas, supporting housekeeping and front office needs, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. As a small 15-unit resort, this position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
· Assist guests with luggage to and from units
· Provide basic orientation of resort amenities and guest units
· Maintain cleanliness of public areas, walkways, and guest access points
· Support housekeeping with linen delivery, unit trash, and light cleaning tasks
· Perform basic maintenance tasks and report issues to management
· Assist with guest requests and special needs promptly and courteously
· Follow all safety, security, and resort service standards
· Light landscaping
Qualifications & Skills
· Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
· Friendly, professional demeanor with strong guest service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
· Physically able to lift and carry luggage and supplies (up to [50] lbs)
· Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
· Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays
· Reliable Transportation
