Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Device Installer (English & Spanish) who will serve as the face of the client by visiting customers’ homes to install and set up devices. This role combines technical know-how with outstanding customer service skills to ensure every installation is smooth and every customer feels confident using the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customers’ homes to install and configure devices.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional guidance in both English and Spanish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
- Educate customers on device features and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and customer interactions.
- Uphold the client’s commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
