Or Client is looking to hire a water damage restoration tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and inspect damaged properties to determine the necessary restoration procedures
- Remove damaged materials such as drywall and flooring, and make repairs
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Apply treatments to prevent mold and mildew
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to restore and clean properties
- Coordinate with other technicians and professionals in the restoration process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Document progress and issues encountered during the restoration process
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters on the status of the restoration process
