Job Full Description
Our client is looking to hire a project manager
Schedule- Monday-Friday , 8am-5pm
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction standards and practices
- Construction and Cost Estimating experience
- Ability to read plans and specifications, perform take offs
- On-site inspection and observation of built environment
- Preparation of observation reports, read construction drawings
- Familiarity with building codes research
- Unrestricted ability to travel required
- Advance skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and AutoCad
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- 5 to 10 years construction experienced
