Job Full Description
Our client is seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Professional to provide exceptional service and support to landscape and irrigation professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
- Process sales transactions and prepare quotes.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain product knowledge and support branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Landscape, irrigation, construction, or distribution experience is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
