Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Gummy General Laborer to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow into an Operator role. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, quick to learn, and understands the importance of cleanliness and efficiency in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gummy production operations, including preparation, pouring, and cleanup

Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after production

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Support machine operators and team leads as needed

Perform basic maintenance and sanitation tasks as trained

Learn and develop skills to transition into an Operator role
Qualifications:
-
No prior experience required – we will provide training

Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
