Job Full Description
Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, packaging, forklift operation, and minor mechanical work. This position also includes assembling and testing LED frames/panels before reinstallation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift to load/unload and move materials safely.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery.
- Perform basic assembly and testing of LED frames and panels.
- Troubleshoot and ensure LED systems are functioning before reinstallation.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and tracking.
- Perform light mechanical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Proven experience operating forklift.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
