Job Summary
We’re looking for someone to help keep our building, equipment, and grounds in good working order. You’ll fix things when they break, keep up with regular maintenance, and make sure our workplace is safe and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Do routine checks on things like lights, plumbing, and equipment.
- Fix basic problems (leaks, broken doors, clogged drains, small repairs).
- Help keep the building and outside areas clean, safe, and in good shape (painting, mowing, snow shoveling, trash pickup).
- Respond quickly when something breaks or an emergency happens.
- Work with outside repair people when we need extra help.
- Keep track of tools, supplies, and maintenance records.
- Help set up rooms, move furniture, or assist with projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of fixing things (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general handy work).
- Someone who can use tools safely and work on their own.
- A problem-solver who can figure things out and get them done.
- Able to lift, climb, and do physical work.
- High school diploma or equivalent (extra training or certifications are a plus).
- Good attitude, reliable, and a team player.
