Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the resort and local area.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports.
- Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (training provided if needed).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
DAYS OFF: TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday's: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
