Job Full Description
Seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Escondido. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and be certified or skilled in operating a forklift. This role involves handling shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials using a forklift and other equipment
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Prepare and package orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
