Job Full Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our Element mixing operations on 2nd shift. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, consistent, and safe mixing processes. The Operator will work largely independently in a designated area, performing routine calculations, measuring materials, and handling production chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate chemical measurements and follow established mixing procedures.
- Safely move and position drums using a dolly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete routine calculations and document production data with accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate any equipment or process concerns.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and handling requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, especially with measurement accuracy.
- Solid math skills for routine calculations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to safely maneuver drums using a dolly.
- Previous manufacturing or mixing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
