Job Title: Resort Supervisor

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Resort Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Oceanside property. This is a temporary position with competitive hourly pay. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience in hospitality or resort operations and a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

Manage and support resort staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain property standards, including cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties as needed.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications:

Prior managerial experience in hospitality, resorts, or related fields required.
