Job Full Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers by phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and manage order changes.
- Enter and update customer information in the company database.
- Track orders and coordinate with shipping and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Research and resolve customer issues, complaints, and billing questions.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
- Respond to general inquiry emails and perform outbound follow-up calls.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
