Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable Mixer Operator to prepare production batches accurately while following food safety and quality standards. This is a critical role requiring strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lift and continuously dump 50 lb. flour bags into mixing vats.
- Read and follow SOPs (English reading preferred; training provided).
- Perform basic math calculations for batch formulas.
- Maintain accuracy to prevent contamination or formulation errors.
- Climb stairs and work on elevated platforms (PG1 mixers).
- Maintain excellent attendance; occasional weekends required
- Assist with production tasks as needed, including:
- Supporting deposit area (Rhein line)
- Loading/unloading molds
- Moving racks
- Placing dough
- Break/lunch coverage
- General cleanup and other production support duties
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11pm-2am start time/must be flexible especially on Saturday's
