The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of high-end residential properties. You’ll be the person our clients
know, trust, and call. You’ll walk your properties, work side by side with foremen and crews, and make sure every visit reflects the standard our clients expect. Most of all, you’ll be proactive: spotting issues before the client does,
reaching out before they have to ask, and recommending improvements that make each property better every
season.
What You'll Do
- Be the Client’s Go-To Person: Serve as the single point of contact for your accounts. Build real relationships, respond the same business day, and resolve concerns quickly and personally.
- Protect the Quality Standard: Walk your properties regularly, score them against our quality checklist, and coach crews on pruning, cleanup, plant health, and presentation.
- Lead the Crews in the Field: Partner with foremen to set priorities, schedule work, and keep every crew clear on what “done right” looks like at each property.
- Keep Plants Healthy: Stay ahead of irrigation, fertility, pest and disease issues, and seasonal color so every landscape looks and grows its best.
- Grow Your Accounts: Identify and propose enhancements and repairs that genuinely improve each property. Write clear work orders and service orders the office can act on.
- Watch the Numbers: Track budgeted vs. actual hours on your accounts, make sure extra work is captured and billed, and help keep every property profitable.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in landscape maintenance, including account management, supervising, or leading crews.
