Job Full Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing production team in Miramar, CA. This role is responsible for assembling electrical panels and components according to schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, wiring, and production documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties according to production specifications and work instructions
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Cut, strip, and crimp cables according to schematic requirements
- Populate panel boards with materials and electrical components per layout specifications
- Wire panel boards according to wiring diagrams
- Print and apply labels to projects following labeling diagrams
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or build issues as needed
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Ensure inventory and materials align with work order requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months of related assembly, manufacturing, electrical, or production experience preferred
- Electrical, industrial, or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools including drills and impact drivers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments when required
- Ability to work overtime or mandatory physical inventory as needed
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment

- Location: Miramar, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
