Job Full Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Medical Simulation Production Assistant to support the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality medical simulation products. This role involves product assembly, material preparation, equipment maintenance, quality inspection, and packaging within a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Production Responsibilities
- Lift, move, and handle materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods during production activities
- Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Assemble products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance including cleaning, oil refills, and minor repairs
- Prepare, package, and label finished products for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and identify or correct minor defects
- Perform basic math calculations related to measurements, weights, and quantities
- Work safely with production materials including silicone, clay, alcohol, sharp tools, and power tools
- Pour materials into molds, trim, mix, and finish products as needed
- Assemble kits and prepare inventory for warehouse distribution
- Adapt to changing production priorities, workflows, and new technologies

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
- Comfortable working with tools, molds, and production materials
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent repetitive hand movements and manual assembly work
- Production and workshop environment with exposure to tools, molding materials, and manufacturing equipment
- Safe handling of chemicals, sharp tools, and power equipment required
