Deburring, Shipping & Receiving Associate 

Poway, CA | $20-$26/hour DOE | Full-Time | 1st Shift 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Deburring, Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing company in Poway. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with deburring experience who is also comfortable assisting with shipping, receiving, material handling, and general manufacturing tasks. 

Pay & Schedule 

  • $20-$26/hour, depending on experience  

  • Monday-Friday  

  • 6:00 AM-2:30 PM  

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week  

  • In-person position  

Job Responsibilities 

  • Deburr and hand-finish components according to process documentation  

  • Perform visual inspection of finished parts  

  • Clean parts and prepare them for production or shipment  

  • Receive incoming materials and shipments and enter information into the ERP system  

  • Pack outgoing products for customers and outside vendors  

  • Assist with timely delivery of products and materials  

  • Receive, organize, and store raw materials  

  • Set up and cut material using assigned equipment  

  • Deliver materials to manufacturing operations as needed  

  • Operate a forklift to move materials and load/unload vehicles  

  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow 5S standards  

  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures  

Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of deburring experience  

  • High school diploma or GED  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

  • Willingness to assist with a variety of manufacturing tasks  

Preferred Experience 

  • Aerospace deburring experience  

  • Shipping and receiving  

  • Blueprint reading  

  • Forklift operation  

  • ERP/inventory system experience  

Requirements 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements  

  • Must be able to reliably commute to Poway, CA  

  • Position is subject to background, drug, and reference checks
