Pay: $23.00-$27.00

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all Apartment Complex activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities

Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner

+ Scheduling and providing exceptional tours

+ Scheduling and hosting open houses when needed

+ Managing current and future resident relationships

+ Being responsive, communicative, and friendly

+ Processing applications and sending out lease agreements

+ Walking the property daily and reporting any issues to management

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work weekends. Ideal schedule is Monday -Saturdays

+ Yardi/CRM knowledge

Pay Range is $23.00-$27.00 Hour
