Our client located in San Jose is looking to have us help out with a front office receptionist to cover for vacation in May 2025. This is a temp job opportunity. 

 

  • The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional service in a legal office environment by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks
  • Involves handling conference room schedules
  • Greet and assist all visitors and staff with a professional welcome, exceeding service expectations
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, following firm phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication
  • Perform light clerical duties, including document preparation, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
  • Maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of the lobby area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related business experience, with a strong preference for administrative and switchboard experience in a legal environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor

 

work hours are Monday - Friday 9am -5pm

Pay Rate is $23.00-$26.00HR
