Job Full Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance & Logistics Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Oversee all aspects of logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to maintain accuracy
Use inventory management software and ERP systems to track inventory and process orders.
Coordinate with logistics providers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.
Oversee packaging processes, ensuring ESD-safe materials and proper labeling for shipments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Develops alternative solutions. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Identifies problems in a timely manner. Resolves problems in early stages. Works well in group problem solving situations
Basic understanding of semiconductor handling requirements (e.g., ESD, climate control).
Familiarity with ISO9000 2015 QualitDdy standards
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Environment:
