Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Job Description:
Our client, located in San Jose, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to cover for vacation in May 2025. This is a temporary job opportunity in a legal office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service by greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Handle conference room schedules.
- Greet and assist all visitors and staff with a professional welcome, exceeding service expectations.
- Answer all incoming phone calls, following firm phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication.
- Perform light clerical duties, including document preparation, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Maintain a professional appearance and cleanliness of the lobby area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related business experience, with a strong preference for administrative and switchboard experience in a legal environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
