Job Full Description

 General Office Clerk 

 

We are seeking an individual to perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Additional duties include:
- Assist with maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed

Required skills include:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
