We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a CPA Firm with excellent skills for a year-round, 32 -35 Hours a week in office position.

 

Job Summary
Support role for administrative functions, including managing client communication, organizing documentation, and assisting professional staff. Ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in a professional services environment.

 

  • Answering phones, Calendering, Greeting clients
  • Written/Verbal correspondance with Local and Federal taxing agencies
