- Location: Silicon Valley, CA (Travel Required)
- Schedule: Full-time | Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime and travel
- Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Pay Range: $30 – $50 per hour

Are you a skilled repair technician ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a Technical Service Coordinator with strong mechanical and electronic expertise to support our advanced vacuum valve systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends field service, coordination, and technical problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Provide remote and on-site support to troubleshoot and repair vacuum valve systems
- Coordinate service activities and manage repair workflows
- Travel to customer sites for service, installations, and technical training
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share field insights and suggest improvements
- Perform mechanical and electronic repairs to meet factory specifications
- Use ERP systems to manage parts inventory and service documentation
- Write clear, concise failure analysis and service reports
- Work overtime as needed to meet service demands
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a repair technician, field service tech, or similar hands-on technical role
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with vacuum systems or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Self-starter with excellent task management and communication skills
- Physically able to work in cleanroom environments, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
