About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing HVAC team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
- Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC or home services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus
