Job Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to support our daily operations. This role is key to keeping our office organized and our finances accurate, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support field crews
- Organize office files and maintain supplies
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Schedule: Part-time or full-time; flexible hours available
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience $30.00-$38.00/HR
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm onsite
