Job Opening: Operations Customer Support

Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to Hire


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Customer Support professional to join a dynamic warehouse environment. This role involves a blend of customer service, administrative support, and light physical activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle heavy phone contact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Enter and expedite orders in the system
  • Follow up with clients regarding order status
  • Create and maintain reports and records
  • Assist with inventory tracking and restocking
  • Maintain organized documentation and support operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, bending, kneeling, and light lifting
  • Reaching with hands and arms
  • Frequent phone use and computer work
