?? Temporary Property Manager – 185-Unit Apartment Community (Mon–Fri) - Covering a Leave
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our 185-unit apartment community. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position providing essential leadership and support during a staffing transition. If you’re a confident, organized property management professional who can step in and keep a community running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
? What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day operations of a busy 185-unit apartment complex

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and ensure excellent customer service

Handle leasing activities: tours, applications, screenings, move-ins, and renewals

Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders

Conduct regular property walks to maintain curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness

Process rent payments, issue notices, and maintain accurate records

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate with the regional team as needed
?? What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager

Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a high-volume community independently

Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.)

Professional, dependable, and able to adapt quickly
