Job Full Description
Position Summary The role involves clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment subject to federal and state compliance requirements and periodic audits. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and time management skills who can effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team and Senior
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and department communications
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Support data entry, tracking, and filing related to supply chain operations
- Assist with correspondence, scheduling, and general office tasks
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Strong attention to detail. Proof read own work to the highest level of accuracy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to track and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and goal driven mindset
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience in a professional setting
- Preference for experience in supply chain, logistics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
