Location: Santa Clara, CA (San Jose Metro Area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Position Type: Contract
Pay: $23–25/hour

Duties
- Operate CNC and production machinery to meet daily manufacturing goals
- Load fixtures, perform setups, and adjust processes as needed
- Inspect parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment (OSHA compliant)
- Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines
- Follow documented procedures and quality standards at all times
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC, semiconductor, or manufacturing preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine setup and adjustments
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (microscope experience a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
