**Job Title: HVAC Dispatcher and Repair Consultant**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HVAC Dispatcher and Repair Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage driver routes, assist with customer repair, request and perform job site visits if needed. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service and support across departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling phone inquiries and providing assistance with HVAC repairs.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians effectively, ensuring optimal routing for timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers to manage their routes and assignments efficiently.
- Occasionally visit job sites to assess HVAC systems, provide estimates, and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions.
- Support administrative tasks in the office as needed, including answering phones and assisting other departments.
- Utilize software tools such as Fieldedge or Housepro for dispatching and job tracking (knowledge of these systems is a plus).
- Uphold a high standard of organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in HVAC dispatching, customer service, or related roles is a Must with at least 15 plus years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and repair processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency with dispatching software (Fieldedge/Housepro) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as necessary.
**Work Environment:**
You will primarily work in an office setting but may need to travel to various job sites within the service area.
