Job Title: Pool Cover Technician
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Frequent Overtime)
Description/Requirements:
Fairfield company is looking for individuals to install and service safety swimming pool/spa covers. We want people who are reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy and have a good work ethic. You must work well independently as well as part of a team, be able to follow instructions and like the job, the customers and our staff. Must take pride in their job. We will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Installs, tests and repairs all assigned equipment to manufacturer and company specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Good organizational skills with the emphasis on keeping job site, vehicle and warehouse organized and clean.
- Must have good communication skills as you have direct contact with our customers
- Ability and willingness to work some overtime when needed, especially during busy season.
- Ensures overall high level of customer satisfaction with the services performed.
- Extensive driving as we cover all of Northern California
- Paperwork is done completely, accurately, correctly and on a timely basis
Qualifications:
- Pass Drug Screening.
- Pass Criminal Background Check.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (DMV).
- Current/ Valid California Driver’s License.
- Strong relatable/ similar work experience w/ professional references.
- Accepts/ willing to drive long hours/ sit in traffic.
- Accpets/ willing to work outside (in all weather) for the entirety of every shift.
- Solid communication skills (with team, supervisors, and clients).
- Accepts/ committed to a long-term career.
- Accepts/ committed to make this job priority above all other jobs.
- Accepts the starting pay.
