Job Title: Flower Sales/Operations Associate
Schedule: Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 10am-6pm
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Description: We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, bilingual (Spanish/English) team member who enjoys helping customers and wants to grow individually while contributing to a small business that’s evolving.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers and provide warm, bilingual service

Process sales and handle basic cash/card transactions

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk

Unpack, hydrate, and care for fresh flowers

Restock displays and support simple opening/closing tasks
Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish and English

Positive, customer-focused attitude

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting light items

Basic math and cash-handling skills
-
Interest in flowers or retail is a plus — no experience required

Availability for weekends or busy floral holidays
