Job Title: Janitor/Custodian - Residential Deep Cleaner
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Description/Requirements:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable associate to perform deep cleaning of residential units and common areas. Prior experience cleaning homes, offices, or hotel rooms is preferred.

Vacuum furniture, floors and drapes, and carpet edges in residential apartments, public areas, offices, nursing facility and other areas.

Dusting, cleaning mirror tracks, move small furniture to clean space underneath. Turn mattresses, clean behind refrigerators. Clean light fixtures and window tracks.

Assists with the daily cleaning duties in residential apartments as necessary: includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and other special cleaning assignments.

Carpet maintenance: shampooing, steam cleaning and vacuuming.

Floor maintenance: stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.

Elevator cleaning.
