Customer Service Representative
An El Monte-based manufacturer is looking for a new Customer Service Rep to join their team! As a CSR, you will be responsible for customer needs, inquiries, and requests.
The start date for this position will be early January 2024.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare, process, and maintain quotes and orders using ERP system
- Maintain client and order databases
- Process order follow-ups, weekly status reports, order changes, delivery updates, etc.
- Liaison between client and production and engineering
- General office duties including front desk coverage
- Assisting accounting department with data entry
- Provide order update to engineering and production including client concerns, quality issues, etc.

What We're Looking for:
- At least one year of Customer Service experience
- Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Good attitude
- Ability to learn
- Good attendance
