Utility Worker
El Monte, CA
Full-Time ; Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
$20/hr
We are hiring a Utility Worker to join operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and ready to take on physically demanding work in an outdoor industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with unloading steel shipments from rail containers using rigging and other equipment

Climb ladders to access and secure loads for lifting
-
Perform general yard labor, including cleanup and material movement
-
Support crane and forklift operations (training provided for qualified candidates)

Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies at all times

Adapt to a wide variety of tasks as needed in the yard
