Warehouse Associates Needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our workforce and work for a local company in the Temecula area. As a warehouse associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, accurate packing, timely shipment of goods, and safe operation of equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
- Sort, label, and organize products efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and protection.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and stack materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely orders.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Adhere to company policies for a secure workspace.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with warehouse equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
