Shipping/Receiving Clerk Needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a currently seeking Shipping/Receiving Clerks to join our workforce and work for local companies in the Temecula area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving incoming shipments and verifying the accuracy of contents against packing lists or purchase orders.
- Efficiently and accurately sorting, labeling, and organizing incoming products or materials.
- Preparing outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring items are adequately protected.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock checks.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and best practices while handling materials and operating equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages regularly.
- Familiarity with operating various warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management are a plus.
