Sales Representative Needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and motivated to join our team as a door-to-door sales representative for a residential painting company. You'll walk local neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and promote the client’s painting services by generating leads and scheduling estimates. If you enjoy meeting new people, have strong communication skills, and thrive in an independent, goal-driven role, we’d love to meet you.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Previous door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of residential painting services a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with homeowners in person to generate interest and leads
- Clearly explain service offerings and schedule appointments
- Track and report daily activity and leads
WORK SCHEDULE
- Alternative schedule options:
- Four days/week, 12-5pm OR
- Five days/week, 1-5pm
