Customer Service Representative Needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a patient, professional Customer Service Representative to work with a local company in Murrieta. This company offers long term opportunities, and has a laid back, yet productive atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare quotes
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Placing orders
- Lifting glass occasionally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Administrative / Office experience
- Friendly and personable in all customer interactions
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrates patience in handling inquiries and resolving issues
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (ends at 4:30 pm on Fridays)
- Murrieta, CA
PAY & BENEFITS
- $19-23/hr DOE
