Hotel Houseperson Needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join the housekeeping team at a local hotel. As a Houseperson, you’ll play a vital support role helping housekeepers, keeping public areas spotless, and making sure guests have everything they need for a great stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver clean linens to housekeepers and remove soiled items to the laundry.
- Move and arrange furniture, flip mattresses, and hang draperies.
- Put away shampoo, conditioner, and other guest amenities.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and service areas.
- Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces.
- Remove trash and debris; replace light bulbs as needed.
- Deliver guest-requested items such as cribs, rollaway beds, and ironing boards.
- Maintain a neat, fully stocked cleaning cart.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
- Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays required.
- Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- 32-40 hours/week with occasional overtime (not guaranteed)
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Temecula, CA
