Job Full Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist customers/vendors
- Data entry and filing
- Assist with shipping/receiving paperwork
- Maintain organized office records
- Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous office experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
