Performing routine maintenance and repairs on empty apartments, addressing property manager's requests, and ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained.

Skills:

Basic Repairs: General skills in, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and address a variety of maintenance issues.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, property management, and contractors.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
