Maintenance Technician
Location: Merced, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hour
Seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have experience in apartment maintenance we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Plumbing: Experience with angle stops, faucets, supply lines, and minor repairs.
- Electrical Work: Skills in changing outlets, switches, GFCIs, and light fixtures.
- HVAC: While this experience is preferred, it is not required.
- Painting: Proficiency in painting techniques and application.
- Sheet Rock: Ability to install and demo sheet rock.
