Job Full Description
Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an almond processing company. If you have strong AP experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Process high-volume invoices
- Perform 3-way matching (POs, receipts, invoices)
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Handle check runs and assist with month-end
What we’re looking for:
- Accounts Payable experience required
- Ag or manufacturing background is a plus
- ERP/accounting system experience (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, TBD)
