Buckingham Property Management is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Crossings at Madera! If you have apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment turns and work orders
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal
- Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections
- Ensure apartments are clean and move-in ready
- Work closely with the property management team
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience preferred (apartment maintenance is a plus)
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and perform physical work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
