Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Specialist to join our team. Duties

  • Perform general office management tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with calendar management to schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered as necessary.
  • Serve as a medical receptionist when needed, greeting clients and managing patient information with confidentiality.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Expert for a temporary position to support our organization with system optimization, troubleshooting, and user training. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ability to deliver solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office suite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users.
  • Assist with administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Help improve collaboration workflows and document management processes.
  • Conduct brief training sessions or create documentation for staff as needed.
  • Work closely with IT and department leads to implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related apps.
  • Experience with user account management and security settings within M365.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
  • Available to commit to a temporary, project-based role.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or similar) are a plus.
  • Experience in a helpdesk or internal IT support role.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
