Position Overview: The Inventory Warehouse/Forklift Driver supports and assists wherever needed in the Grand Format Department having all needed supplies and materials staged for the press crews. Track and stage inventory.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Track, count, and organize stock and supplies and validate accurate inventory levels. Assist with the Grand Format kanban. Have all materials staged in the most efficient manner as to support the manufacturing crews. Return unused stock back to inventory following pressroom procedures. Keep all trash and recycling bins emptied in the manufacturing areas. Daily waste disposal of all trash bins, cores and miscellaneous for multiple departments, segregating by recyclability by operating a forklift Organizing & labeling materials for special orders and non-inventory, recordkeeping of items not in the ERP system Cycle counts Keep the pressroom clean, organized and free of hazards. Ensure press supplies are stocked orderly in their proper location. Dispose of waste ink. Assist on press and finishing floor as needed. Work closely with press team to ensure smooth daily operations. Work overtime as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experienced within a print production environment preferred. Comfortable learning to operate printing specific manufacturing equipment. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language including ASL preferred. Experience with inventory management or Kanban systems a plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSA team player who is comfortable communicating and maintaining a strong working relationship with different teams. Strong attention to detail with exception coordination and multi-tasking skills. Thrives working in a fast-paced deadline driven team environment. Proficient at following work orders and fully understanding verbal and written instructions. Basic computer skill with the ability to learn new programs. Ability to interact with Grand Format clients in a professional manner.

Pay Range: $20.00 -$21.00 /Hr. DOE
