Our client in North Hollywood is seeking a B2B Warehouse Associate(3PL)
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our 3PL warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment for multiple client accounts. The Picker Packer will be responsible for processing orders in ShipHero, communicating with team members via Slack and email, and ensuring all outbound shipments meet client and carrier requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Log into ShipHero to retrieve pick tickets and order assignments.
• Accurately pick items from shelves, bins, or pallets, verifying SKU, lot number, and quantity.
• Pack orders using the correct materials (poly bags, shippers, dunnage, branded tape, etc.) according to client-specific requirements.
• Weigh, and scan completed packages into ShipHero before shipping.
• Ensure shipping labels are correctly applied and orders are staged for carrier pickup.
• Use Slack and email to stay aligned with supervisors and teammates on order status, exceptions, or urgent tasks.
• Follow all warehouse SOPs for picking, packing, quality checks, and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with cycle counts, restocks, and other warehouse tasks when needed.
Requirements
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS systems (ShipHero a plus).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Comfortable using Slack and email for daily communication.
• Able to use a computer confidently and troubleshoot basic issues when needed.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
